Adults ages 35 to 60 are being recruited for a study looking at why people eat what they do.
Participants in the study will attend two sessions involving tasting food and food grade solutions, and complete a questionnaire on what they eat and the foods they like or dislike. Each participant will receive $15 per hour for his
or her time.
The study has been approved
by the University’s Committee on the Use of Human Subjects in Research.
